Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We take great care in preparing for your arrival and we sincerely appreciate each reservation we receive! It means we’ve committed to having our villa ready and available\n upon your arrival.\n
\n <\/p>\n

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date to let us know that you would like to cancel your reservation.\n At that time, a 50% refund will be issued for each night of the reservation. We do not offer full refunds for cancelled reservations.\n

No refunds will be issued for any reservation cancellations received less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date. <\/p>\n

If you would like to reschedule your reservation and the dates that you wish to reschedule for are available, there is no fee. We only ask that you let us know as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
