An exquisite neighborhood view filled with lush flora and fauna awaits you. The villa also houses a convenient laundry room complete with a washer, dryer, and clothesline.

The bathroom has also been tastefully upgraded with a spa-inspired rain shower, limitless hot water, and a handcrafted double sink vanity made from native Costa Rican Guanacaste wood.
